GIRLS ROCK! DC COMES TO SOUTHEAST LIBRARY THIS SUNDAY! (last chance to apply for Rock Camp 2009!)

Join Girls Rock! DC organizers, volunteers & extended family THIS SUNDAY, May 31st, from 2 pm – 4 pm at the Southeast Library for an Instrument Share & Last-Chance Camp Signup!

Try out a rock instrument and jam (no experience necessary), see video footage of last year’s camp, and enjoy snacks!

You can also fill out an application to come to ROCK CAMP 2009 this August– last chance before the June 1st deadline!

This event is ALL AGES and all are welcome! FREE & open to the public! No musical experience necessary!

Southeast Library is located at 7th & D Sts SE. It’s right next to the Eastern Market stop on the orange and blue metro lines.
